FOREVER BABY ART — COMMISSION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting payment and checking the acknowledgment box, you agree to the following terms:

1. Creative Interpretation & Artistic Style
All FOREVER BABY ART commissions are original works created in the artist’s signature style. The final artwork represents the artist’s creative interpretation based on information provided by the client, including conversations, reference photos, and written materials. Artistic outcomes are subjective, and variations in interpretation are inherent to the creative process.

2. No Guarantee of Likeness
The artist does not guarantee photographic or exact likeness. The artwork is an artistic interpretation and may stylize, simplify, or reinterpret subjects for creative purposes.

3. Final Sale Policy
Because each piece is custom-created, all sales are final. No refunds or chargebacks will be issued once work has begun, regardless of personal taste, subjective satisfaction, or interpretation.

4. Copyright & Ownership
The artist retains full and exclusive copyright ownership of all artwork created. The purchase of a commission does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or ownership of the artwork itself.

5. Client Usage License
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to display the artwork for personal use, including home display, personal printing, gifts, and sharing on personal social media accounts with artist credit. Commercial use by the client is not permitted without prior written permission.

6. Artist Usage & Commercial Rights
The artist reserves the unrestricted right to display, reproduce, publish, license, sell, and otherwise monetize the artwork in any form, including but not limited to portfolios, websites, exhibitions, advertising, publications, prints, merchandise, and derivative works. No royalties or compensation are owed to the client for such uses.

7. Reference Photos & Materials
The client confirms they have the legal right to share all reference materials provided. By submitting these materials, the client grants the artist a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them in connection with the creation, promotion, display, and monetization of the artwork.

8. Third-Party Photos & Materials
In certain cases, artwork may incorporate licensed reference photography from third-party professional photographers under separate agreements. Such arrangements do not affect client rights or pricing.

9. Revisions
Minor revisions may be offered at the artist’s discretion. Extensive revisions, stylistic changes, or concept shifts may incur additional fees or be declined.

10. Abandoned Projects
If the client fails to respond or provide required feedback or materials for a period of 30 days, the project may be considered complete at the artist’s discretion, with no refund due.

11. Attribution & Credit
The artist retains the right to credit the artwork as a FOREVER BABY ART original. Removal of artist signatures, logos, or credits is not permitted.

12. Force Majeure
The artist shall not be held liable for delays or inability to complete work due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, or acts of God.

13. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the artist’s home jurisdiction.
